Triple A Plaza Academy
HVAC Training & Apprenticeship Opportunity
Learn a high-demand trade and get hands-on experience while you prepare for a successful career in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry.
What the Academy provides
A real path into the trade
Triple A Plaza has been an authorized service company since 2009. The Academy passes that experience down to the next generation of technicians — training built around how the work actually gets done.
Hands-on HVAC training
Learn installation, maintenance, and repair directly on residential and commercial systems — not just on whiteboards.
Apprenticeship opportunities
Work alongside our certified technicians on real service calls in NY and NJ while you build your skills.
Industry-experienced instructors
Our trainers are working technicians and managers, not academics. You learn the way the trade is actually practiced.
Install, maintain & repair
Cover the full lifecycle — system installs, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and component repair.
Career readiness & placement
Resume help, interview prep, and direct paths to full-time roles inside Triple A Plaza for top trainees.
Certification pathways
Support and study time toward EPA 608, NATE, and manufacturer certifications that move your wages up.
How it works
Three steps to get started

Questions before you apply
Before accepting a place, ask HR about the training duration, schedule and location, entry requirements, any costs and whether apprenticeship activities are paid. Ask which certification support is included and which separate assessments apply. Submitting the form starts the review; it does not confirm admission, employment or certification.
