Up to $10,000 off a new heat pump
As a participating contractor in the New York State Clean Heat program, Triple A Plaza offers rebates to qualifying Orange & Rockland customers — on top of federal tax credits and our own financing.

Why heat pumps
One system. Year-round comfort.
Heat in winter, cool air in summer, dehumidified shoulder seasons — all from one quiet unit. No fuel deliveries, no separate AC.
Heat AND cool from one system
A single heat pump handles both winter heating and summer cooling — no separate AC or boiler needed.
Up to 3× more efficient
Heat pumps move heat instead of generating it, so they deliver 2–4× more energy than they consume.
Quieter, cleaner, healthier
No combustion means no fumes and no fuel deliveries. Modern units are dramatically quieter than old AC compressors.
Big rebates, real savings
Between NYS Clean Heat rebates and federal tax credits, the up-front cost is far lower than most people expect.
The honest answers
Stuff people actually ask us
If you're thinking about a heat pump but you're not sure — you're not alone. Here’s what comes up most.
- Will it actually keep up in a New York winter?
- Yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps are rated to heat down to around -10°F — well below anything we see in NY or NJ. If your house is well-suited, one heat pump does the whole job. If it isn't, we'll tell you and design a hybrid setup with your existing system as backup.
- Do I have to rip out my furnace or boiler?
- Usually no — most installs can leave your existing system in place as a backup. If you're seeking rebates, the amount can depend on whether or not you're fully replacing your furnace or boiler, so we'll walk you through the options that best suit your needs — whether it makes sense to keep it, retire it, or replace it down the road.
- How do you figure out what size system I need?
- Before we quote anything, we come out and measure your house — number of rooms, square footage, and existing insulation — so we can spec a system that matches how your home actually heats and cools. An oversized unit short-cycles and runs less efficiently (which means a higher bill); an undersized one can't keep up. We design to your home, not a rule of thumb.
- How long does an install take?
- A typical single-family install is 1–2 days. Multi-family or larger projects take longer — we'll give you a concrete timeline before we start.
- Is the rebate paperwork a nightmare?
- Not for you — we handle it. We confirm your eligibility, explain the available incentives, and manage the qualifying rebate paperwork with you.
- How loud is the outdoor unit?
- Quieter than the AC compressor most people are used to. You can stand next to it and hold a conversation. Manufacturers specifically test both their indoor and outdoor units for quiet operation as part of how the product is designed.
