From Worry to Relief: Customer Service at Triple A Plaza

By Lacie Gordon
My name is Lacie-Ann, and I am the logistics manager and head of customer service at Triple A Plaza. We care deeply about our customers and strive to give them the best experience. Over my years with the team, I have continued learning how to serve and connect with people.
What customer service means to me
At its core, customer service is the way you treat your customers. It is a cornerstone of the service industry. Even when a product or service is high quality, the experience a person has with the team is what keeps them coming back.
At Triple A Plaza, we provide a variety of appliance services and interact with customers every day. As the head of logistics and customer service, I make it my responsibility to help each customer feel seen, heard, and valued.
Listening first and offering reassurance
I prioritize active listening and reassure clients that we will do what we can to resolve their concerns efficiently and effectively. One simple step I take is remembering customers’ names. That personal touch makes our interactions more meaningful.
I want each customer to know that I am on their side as we work together on the issue they are facing. Showing that care helps build positive, memorable exchanges.
A solution-oriented approach
Maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and showing care are essential to customer satisfaction. I enjoy interacting with our customers, and I have built strong relationships with many returning clients. It brings me joy to help within the scope of my role and do what I can to brighten someone’s day.
